- Next, SELECT PROPERTY FEATURES to suit your specifications. ( Property type, Property category, Minimum/ Maximum Price etc. ).
Alright, let's do a quick SEARCH
- Next, on the PROPERTY PAGE, you have a RESULT PAGE that DISPLAYS all listing directories on SALES and RENTALS.
- CLICK ON PROPERTY OF CHOICE to get the full description of the property, including a contact page of the agent. You can either SEND A MESSAGE or CALL LISTED AGENT to SCHEDULE PROPERTY INSPECTION.
REQUEST A CALL BACK
If you are faced with a situatiion where our agents or legal representative isn't available to pick up your call, you can drop a message requesting immediate call back. A feedback pop message bar is available for you to send a message which is forwarded to our agent and properties coordinators.
NAVIGATING AS A SELLER
- From the HOME PAGE, click on the POST A PROPERTY OR SELL on the PROPERTY MENU.
- LOGIN with an existing account or SIGN/REGISTER as a new user for you do not have an account.
- As a NEW USER, you'll receive a notification message if registration is successful.
